Prices

While we do work for Pro Se litigants we also provide services to attorneys in order to help with their need to outsource for whatever reason. Our prices are fair and it is our desire to provide you with a quality product every time.

$25 Per hour for the following services:

Transcription, review and organize client files, records search, prepare medical records request, prepare letters, and simple pleadings (i.e. affidavit, or any 1 page pleading)

$50 per hour for the following

Small Claims Affidavit and Order, Petition, Motion, Briefs, any Pleading more than 2 pages requiring research, Travel to anywhere in Oklahoma State for filing or delivering documents, trial prep, deposition Summaries, and medical summaries.

Divorce

$100.00 to prepare the Petition, Entry of Appearance, and Motion for Temporary Order.

$50 to prepare Divorce Decree

Bankruptcy

$100.00 for a simple bankruptcy (consumer less than 20 creditors)
$150.00 for an individual business bankruptcy
$200.00 for a Chapter 13 and
$300 for a Chapter 11
