The Process:
Someone from our team meets personally in your home or at a place that is convenient for you, or over the telephone with you, our client. We gather the information needed to process the document on an intake sheet, or we enter the information into the computer as we talk. Then, the documents are drafted according to these specifications. If you have an e-mail address the documents are converted to a PDF document and e-mailed to you for your approval. If not available, we will go over the paperwork in person and make any corrections necessary.
Filing With The Court:
Filing Pro Se can be confusing. Therefore, for an additional fee of $25 if you are in Oklahoma County, we can file the paperwork with the court on your behalf. A court date will be assigned and you will receive the filed documents via e-mail or regular mail.
If you are outside of Oklahoma County, we will answer questions you have along the way and help you feel more comfortable about the court system.
